I have a passion for assisting clients with obtaining a fresh start so that they can thrive in the future.

Josh grew up in California and moved to Florida to go to law school in 2005. Josh and his wife have seven wonderful children and a dog.

Josh became an attorney in 2008 right as the Great Recession started. He has assisted clients with bankruptcy and debt solutions ever since and has managed various portions of law firms since 2009 until he opened up his own practice in 2014.

Josh is the former chair of the Orange County Bar Association’s Bankruptcy Committee and is a member of the Central Florida Bankruptcy Bar Association along with the American Bankruptcy Institute and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
